In Luke 10:1-2, Jesus sent out his disciples in pairs to minister in towns he himself intended to go to. The early church also sent out people in pairs to spread the gospel throughout the nations. Since we are all part of Christ's body we all have an important part to play in the body. I have a responsibility to fulfill my part in the body so that others can do theirs. I cannot accomplish anything on my own. We all need each other. I realize that I cannot fulfill my commitment to YWAM Turner Valley without others partnering with me in ministry. I need others to partner with me who will support me in prayer, encouragement, discipleship, mentorship, accountability and financially.
"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up the other; but woe to one who is alone and falls and does not have another to help. Again, if two lie together, they keep warm; but how can one keep warm alone? And though one might prevail against another, two will withstand one. A threefold cord is not quickly broken." Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
I invite you to pray and seek God's leading in how you can participate in fulfilling the Great Commission. It's my desire that any commitment you make in supporting me would come from God's leading and not from any sense of obligation. God is our provider and it is in him that I place my trust for all things as I walk in obedience to his call. In inviting you to partner with me I seek to give you the opportunity to participate in seeing Christians discipled in studying God's Word and living as effective witnesses for Christ.

- Please make out your cheques to "YWAM Donor Services" so that you will receive a tax-deductible receipt. Because of government regulations for non-profit organizations like YWAM, you should not have my name written anywhere on the cheque. You can enclose a note stating it is for the support of Tamara Mitton serving at Youth With A Mission, Turner Valley, AB.
- Because my records will be kept up to date, you can send a cheque to cover several months at a time to make things more convenient for you, and to entail less paperwork.
- If at all possible, please send in monthly support during the first half of the month. This helps with monthly bills, and it may be easier for you to remember, too.
